Head winemaker, Gavin Miller, believes great wine is grown in the vineyard and so their vines are meticulously farmed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Upper Bench produces big, bold reds and crisp, dry whites that reflect the vintage and soil from the vineyards where they are grown.
Gavin’s wife, head cheesemaker Shana Miller, and her team hand-craft gluten and additive free, soft and semi-soft cheeses using 100% pasteurized cow’s milk from the D. Dutchman Dairy in Sicamous, B.C.
